Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Astoria gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
